Worst customer service ever!!! I arrived at the dealership already knowing the numbers for the vehicle I was buying. I was the only person in the dealership as I came at noon during the week but still had to wait three hours to get into the finance office. It’s sad that so many employees there saw me for such a long time and were telling me that the finance manager doing my paperwork is the worst at his job and that’s why I have been waiting so long. After buying my vehicle, I made four attempts to contact my sales person and never received a callback. It took three more times of calling to receive a call back from the finance department. My vehicle was registered with the wrong plates. My certified vehicle came with only one key. It is missing the headphones for the DVD system. It is also missing the remote control for the DVD system. I have three kids and the DVD system is a must so after a while I had to buy them myself just so we can use the dam thing. Key and fob cost me $300 alone. Headphones were $125 and remote was $100. My payoff was sent in wrong and I owe $165. This is a total of $690. So much for a good deal. My so-called ten-day pay off took four weeks. Therefore the pay off is wrong and I still have a balance. When I told the finance manager about the issues with the key and the DVD system he advised me that he spoke to the salesman and I will be taken care of. It has been six weeks and I still haven’t heard from anybody. I was also told they couldn’t give me any more money for my trade-in because it could not be certified. I traded in a 2017 Tahoe with only 17,000 miles and it is now on your website as a certified vehicle. Lies after lies after lies! More

Poorest Customer Service ever. This took 8 days to reply to initial inquiry. It took 3.5 hours to complete prepaid wire transfer sale when they knew i was driving 3 hours. I then had to request missing owners manual, navigation chip, floor mats by phone 3 times and I have not recieved after 17 days. Called yesterday and told items were ordered finally. Have also not recieved title after 3 phone calls to allow the transfer of ownership. Supposedly finally sent the title yesterday. Dealer reps avoiding helping if its not their commission. The rep (Joe) who eventually wrote up transaction paid his bills while we waited supposedly for another rep to help for an hour. Also, not a single voicemail message was responded to from anyone working here. Stay away from this dealer. Not with it before, during, or after the sale. Hope the owner reads this. Worst transaction ever!!!! More

The best experience I have ever had buying a car I found the GMC Acadia online at Ettleson’s. I live in central Wisconsin and it’s a 4 1/2 hour drive to get there. They were friendly and helpful wit I found the GMC Acadia online at Ettleson’s. I live in central Wisconsin and it’s a 4 1/2 hour drive to get there. They were friendly and helpful with bringing the vehicle inside for us to look at. We stayed the night and went back in the morning to finish up the paperwork and go over the vehicle. They gave me what I wanted for my trade and fixed some issues with the new car. I’m very happy with the outcome of this purchase. Love the car and I will be back for any future purchases that I make. 2004 Escalade experience. My experience in purchasing my 2004 Escalade was fair. Rafael, the salesperson was knowledge about this vehicle. The Escalade was in good condition. I was told to return during the week to have that repaired and no cost. When I arrived, the mechanic informed me that he could not fix it and that I would have to bring it back, which could cost up to $190 to repair. That experience left me a bit disappointed and I have not returned. More
