Quality Service We had a positive experience, the issues with the car were all fixed plus some additional issues, and communication was good. I had an appointment to take my car in for the brakes making noise. I also remembered while I was there that there was an issue with the radio. Later in the day the service advisor called to tell me what the issues/causes were, as well as point out two additional issues that required repair. Luckily most of the cost was covered by warranty. So Bad, I Left the Brand I was leasing a top-of-the-line Cadillac. My service experience at Ettleson had been erratic at best, but the final straw occurred when I brought the I was leasing a top-of-the-line Cadillac. My service experience at Ettleson had been erratic at best, but the final straw occurred when I brought the car in for a scheduled oil change, and additionally asked that they check several problems (all warranty items)— one of which was on its third round, another on its second. Not only were the problems not fixed, but the service rep denied that they existed (or "could not be reproduced") and tried to charge me for performing the diagnostics. I was both frustrated and insulted, to the point that I turned the car back in on the spot. Not only would I never again patronize this dealership, but after having had seven Cadillacs, I have now vowed off the brand. Other premium brands have figured out how to make sure their dealers treat customers properly. More

Slow Service On my only and past two visits it took several minutes for a garage attendant to meet me at my car when I pulled in -even though both times they were On my only and past two visits it took several minutes for a garage attendant to meet me at my car when I pulled in -even though both times they were not with customers. After they took my car, I was asked to wait, standing in the garage, for a service representative to take me into the office and collect my information. Again, there were service representatives present and visible at there desks and not with customers. Ultimately, I was greeted by a service attendant who walked quickly from the back and he quickly took my information for the visit. I was quoted 1.5 hours for an oil change and tire inspection. That's too long to begin with. It turns out I needed a new tire and it ended up taking 3 HOURS! They ran into some difficulty because my wheel locks were apparently stripped from when the car was at another dealer before Ettleson brought it over for me. That seems slow still and it took them long to update me on between. This dealership could benefit from a review on efficiency. More
