I did my initial search for a 2011 DTS online. There were very few of these models available in November, 2012 in the Chicago area. I looked at five dealerships and Ettleson Cadillac had four 2011 DTS on the very few of these models available in November, 2012 in the Chicago area. I looked at five dealerships and Ettleson Cadillac had four 2011 DTS on the lot. I was interested in one particular car. I went to Ettleson Cadillac on November 9 and met Ray Gandurski. Ray was very professional and answered all of my questions about the car to my satisfaction. I test drove the vehichle and went home to contemplate a decision. One week later, on November 16, I went back to Ettleson Cadillac and put $10,000 down on a 2011 silver DTS with black leather interior. Ray was kind enough to spend almost an hour going over the car with me. I am very pleased with the car and the service I received at Ettleson Cadillac.
