We went to Ettleson to test drive a Cadillac ATS. I had done some research on their inventory before we went to the showroom. I knew the car I wanted to test drive and possibly purchase. We were met by R done some research on their inventory before we went to the showroom. I knew the car I wanted to test drive and possibly purchase. We were met by Ray when we looked around. Although I didn't have the PIN or inventory #, Ray was able to locate the car for us. My husband and I test drove the car and loved it. Ray worked with us on explaining the benefits of purchasing v. leasing. We told him we were going to think about it and would return if we made a decision to do either. My husband called Ray the next morning. The deal was set and I picked up the car that afternoon. Paperwork was ready for me to sign. The car was clean, gassed up and ready to go. Ray took the time to sit with me and get On Star going. He also explained all the bells and whistles on the car as well. I left the dealership confident that I knew how to work most of its' features. It was overall an excellent experience. We felt absolutely no pressure to do anything but enjoy the car. Quite a refreshing experience from other auto purchases we've made! More
