I've been looking for a cars for the past three months. I went To Ettleson Cadillac/Buick in June and talked with Ray Gandurski about the Buick Verano. I explained that I want to test drive the car for a weekend and look around and at different makes and models. At the end of August, after completing my research, I returned to Ettleson to purchase the car. Ray was very straight forward, we talked about what I wanted in the car and he showed me what he had on the lot. We agreed on the price and the deal was done. I picked the car up this morning - Ray was very thorough about reviewing the invoice, the details on the car (he walked me through the entire dash board), and OnStar. We also talked about the service department. Bill Kendell was also very thorough as we talked through the payment process. I don't buy cars very often, so when I do I prefer to customer-focused business conversation. Both Ray and Bill were pleasant and, I believe, read me very well.
