Like visiting family My wife and I walked into Ettleson just window shopping, and were greeted by a guy named Ray Gandurski. It was like running into a long-lost uncle. Ray is a wonderfully warm person, highly knowledgeable on his products, and laser-focused on what the customer wants-- nothing like the stereotypical car salesman. After shopping 6 other dealers, we returned and bought a new Cadillac from Ray. He gave me the best new car familiarization training I've ever had (which you really need with these complex cars). In the process we also met Sales GM Frank Amadeo and Bob Scumaci. All of them were a pleasure to deal with and made us feel right at home. This was easily the best car-buying experience I've ever had, even with the amazingly greater amount of paperwork that is now required. I'll be back to buy my next car here. More
