Beware of on-line pricing bait and switch scam! I inquired about a 2018 GMC Acadia SLE-2 that was advertised on their website at $27,747. I called Ettleson and spoke with Jessica. I asked her what t I inquired about a 2018 GMC Acadia SLE-2 that was advertised on their website at $27,747. I called Ettleson and spoke with Jessica. I asked her what the "out the door" price was (taxes, plates etc.) and she said that the price was $29,522. I asked Jessica if that was the "out the door" price and she said no, I had to add taxes, fees etc. Confused as I was, I asked her why did they advertise $27,747 if that's not the price? She said that the online prices at Ettleson are "ballpark" and "generic" prices. She said that I should come in and visit in person and as long as my offer is "reasonable" they will be "flexible". When people see an advertised price, the store should honor their price, not scam people and waste their time. They are in the practice of deceiving people just to get customers inside their door. This is the last place I will spend my hard earned money at. Do your homework before you give this place a penny! More
NOT QUALITY USED CARS PERIOD.....JUNK.. I made an 1-1/2 drive with my entire family to go see an Escalade i was willing to purchase for a price that they wanted. I spoke with them three tim I made an 1-1/2 drive with my entire family to go see an Escalade i was willing to purchase for a price that they wanted. I spoke with them three times in one day to ask about vehicle and to try and negotiate price before i made the drive. They wouldn't budge on the price more the 995.00 dollars and they guaranteed a very nice quality used truck. They supposedly say they only sell quality used vehicles (not the case). I am a car guy and appreciate a well maintained vehicle. Granted i was going to look at a used truck but it was also set at a premium price at a Cadillac dealer. I made the drive with kids, wife and mother to get the vehicle. When I arrived the truck was front and center of the used lot. I did a walk around prior to going and getting anyone and i was less then pleased but willing to make it work. First i noticed the bumpers have been painted and had overspray on fog lights in front along with a paint run on rear bumper. Then i noticed the top of the rear bumper where the bumper cover had broken clips and was also miss aligned. I then went and got the salesman and he brought the keys. I asked if the automatic running boards were in the lock position down, but come to find out they don't even work. REALLY..You put this out after an inspection and you don't fix the broken auto running boards, your a cadillac dealer..NOT ACCEPTABLE...as soon as my wife and i open the doors in the back the rear fold out cupholder is broke off laying in the middle of the floor. The truck had a mismatched center cap. The tires were not good at all which is fine. Then i popped the hood and this topped it off for me on how they sell JUNK used vehicles. Junk may not even be the word, but it goes to show me what quality to them is, and how they do not even take care of there vehicles they are selling people as QUALITY. This also shows me that whoever may think there getting serviced there. NOT QUALITY if this is acceptable. Immediately i noticed a large puddle on the top of the engine bay belly pan. I thought maybe water from washing vehicle so i got under the truck and reached up under the truck and it was a huge puddle of trans fluid from the transmission lines. Your tech inspected this vehicle and this is acceptable to sell to a family driving an hour and a half down the highway. Maybe it leaked a lot maybe it leaked over time but they can't fix a 100.00 transmission line. I then asked to speak with a manager, not going to say names, but he was just a typical Jerk i explained my frustration on making this haul to buy this quality vehicle that you were so stuck on the price with and this is what i get to come and see. He explains the cup holder i already have that being fixed it was broken on the last test drive. Really dude....Quick to lie....to quick....I then went to tell him I'm a car person and was disappointed in the quality. I explained the trans lines were leaking and his response was your a car guy, its a hundred dollar line and a 30 min fix....Really and your a cadillac dealer with car lifts and employees...i told him about the power running boards ect......I then said i would be willing to hear his best offer to sell me the vehicle but at that time he didn't want me to buy from him. I said il go talk to my wife and give him my best number but that the trans lines and the running boards were un acceptable for me to leave with them not working. He said then he would not negotiate the price at all that i could fix them basically. Thats what your getting at Ettleson. And not to mentioned before we came the first salesman laughed at me when i gave him my offer and it was only a few thousand dollars under there asking price. Thanks buddy thats professional, i was coming to pay with cash for a vehicle i worked hard to save for. This is how Ettleson does business....JOKE.... More

Went there and was turned away because the appointment time was already booked and they couldn't fit me in for a warranty oil change. Even though I have an appointment confirmation they still would not service me. Never going back there again. They lost a customer and many other customers as I will be telling other people the treatment that I received. More
