Service department Look, I dont want everything for free, but if my car has bumper to bumper I expect the service department to know that . Not try to charge me $600 dollars to change a thermostat and 2 trans lines . My car has been in service 7 times in 2 years and everytime Brian Greene tries to charge me for repairs to my car. This guy is so miserable everytime I go there. Not friendly at all..hes even yelled at my wife at one of the service appointments. I really think he is a racist.... but not all employees at ettleson Cadillac are bad , but they do have a few bad apples. Joe Kendall is the best of them all, great guy and knows how to treat people .... More
