Not try to charge me $600 dollars to change a thermostat and 2 trans lines . My car has been in service 7 times in 2 years and everytime Brian Greene tries to charge me for repairs to my car. This guy is so miserable everytime I go there. Not friendly at all..hes even yelled at my wife at one of the service appointments. I really think he is a racist.... but not all employees at ettleson Cadillac are bad , but they do have a few bad apples. Joe Kendall is the best of them all, great guy and knows how to treat people .... More

Displeased After asking what a switch was the service rep told me there are a lot of switches I can ask who brings the car back can let me know what it is. To many cars not enough help. This was second time in for the same issue. Dropped off car at 1:30, never got a call that car was finished. I’m hoping they fixed the problem which was with Battery but they said they couldn’t replace because of issue with Caddilac. All I know is better not have any more issues. More
