Power Steering Failure I have a 2015 Buick lacrosse and I Purchased it in November 29, 2014. On December 23, 2018 my power steering failed and I was 24 days out of the facto I have a 2015 Buick lacrosse and I Purchased it in November 29, 2014. On December 23, 2018 my power steering failed and I was 24 days out of the factory bumper to bumper warranty, but I had purchased an extended warranty when I purchased my car. The warranty did not provide an up-to-date loaner as they usually do and they wanted to give me an aftermarket part, but my service writer fought with the warranty company and got the GM part and the Manager of the service department gave me a 2019 Buick encore as a loaner, instead of the 2015 Verano that had over 66,000 mile on the odometer. I was livid at first, but it all worked out in my favor and I only paid a $100 deductible. .i appreciate my service writer. He kept me informed every step of the way. More

Tony told my car was ALL done Tony told me car was ALL done, come get it. Told him I needed it delivered, I have a courtesy plan. He said he'd make sure don called in 5 minutes. Now I have to put gas in the courtesy car twice since the exchange would be another day. Next day I get my car. ALL work was not completed. Called Tony.. . Quick service! Brian helped us be quick in and out with our oil change. I had my 2 year old with me during the time, so for me anything less than an hour works grea Brian helped us be quick in and out with our oil change. Amazing Service Consistently I brought my XTS in for some minor service and an oil change but the technician also found an oil leak and some other minor repairs that needed to be I brought my XTS in for some minor service and an oil change but the technician also found an oil leak and some other minor repairs that needed to be done. Everything was handled under warranty and my car was returned feeling brand new. The total cost of all the work was $48 less then an oil change costs at a retail oil place. I will always take my car back to the dealer from now on. Excellent catch!!! Thanks Brian & Paul! More
