So the dealership was pretty close by since we live in Countryside and it was a convenient trip, and it was really nice that there was a easy-to-follow course laid out for the test drive we were doing. The facility was clean, all the staff were super helpful and some of the small talk helped take the nerves off of this big purchase, so I appreciated that. It was also nice having the choice between multiple GM vehicles, if we had wanted to we could have gone a bit more upscale to the Cadillac side but it was nice to have the option there. More

Called Monday morning asking for arrangements to be made with local dealer to install bracket and plate.
