I bought a vehicle from this dealership on December 5 2022. I was issued a temporary tag good until 1/19/23. I paid cash for the vehicle on 1/12/23 I called Olivia my finance person she stated that Opus 2022. I was issued a temporary tag good until 1/19/23. I paid cash for the vehicle on 1/12/23 I called Olivia my finance person she stated that Opus the titling company had messed up and not filed it, however it was going to be expedited through the system. 1/23/2023 I call Opus titling company they had just received my information electronically today. I called Jeff Etter his response was he did not know enough about the process said he did not like my tone and hung up on me. It was quite surreal! This seems to be my only option warn as many people as possible. This man does not deserve your business. More
