Poorly advertised/mis-lead Contacted this dealership to confirm the advertisement that the vehicle I wanted was in fact, "Super Clean". I was assured by the sales rep that it wa Contacted this dealership to confirm the advertisement that the vehicle I wanted was in fact, "Super Clean". I was assured by the sales rep that it was. Completed 90% of the deal over the phone and via email. I made the 2 plus hour drive to this dealership and found the "showroom" to be in complete disarray. Holes in the walls and ceiling tiles missing. I shrugged that off as just a bad house keeping but it definitely made a poor first impression. Then, I looked at the vehicle I was told was, "super clean". Not only was it clearly, "smoked in", it was extremely dingy. Seats and the upholstery were not clean and the seat belt was stained black in some areas. The rear sunshade did not work, the brakes felt squishy, the oil was burnt and there was a clear and distinctive smell off cigarette smoke. I had emphasized the importance of this vehicle not being smoked in because of my kids and I felt very let down buy the sales rep. Don't waste your time with this dealership unless you enjoy being mis-lead. More
