Service Department Disaster The service department at Eatero Bay Chev is a joke. Between the technician, Ben, lying about the repairs being done, incompetent Bob, the service man The service department at Eatero Bay Chev is a joke. Between the technician, Ben, lying about the repairs being done, incompetent Bob, the service manager, backing up his lies even though I showed him time & date stamped pictures of the error messages on my dashboard moments after leaving his shop, & the obnoxious owner, Pat Denson, who tried to do battle with me for 20 minutes before acquiescing to my request for a refund, this whole experience was a disaster. Pat had the audacity to issue an ultimatum, saying he would refund my money but I could never bring my truck back there. HA! As if I would ever subject myself to more male bullying & incompetence! More
