And I have never dealt with a more honest, forthright, pleasant, and appreciative sales person in my life. Even though I held him hostage for three hours, he never showed any signs of aggravation or disdain. He was always polite and professional. He was never pushy of forceful. But he never gave up. He was funny, witty, and REAL! The whole time I was there it felt more like a party than an auto purchase. The entire staff that I came in contact with were great. including the sales manager. Who wasn't very funny, but was a pleasure to deal with. Even though I came in with a loan in hand, they took the time and effort to not only find me a better deal, but a better vehicle than I had chosen to go with that better deal. I explained to Avi that the amount I owe has nothing to do with the value of my vehicle and just wanted to get a dollar figure. They refused to give me a quote and completely ignored me because I didn't give them my "pay off" amount. Avi is completely unprofessional and I would encourage anyone to shop at a different location. More
