CUSTOMER CARE AFTER THE SALE when a problem was discovered Visited Estero Bay Chevrolet first knowing that Rick Hendrick Chevrolet is local dealer and located five minutes from my house and Looking for a orvet Visited Estero Bay Chevrolet first knowing that Rick Hendrick Chevrolet is local dealer and located five minutes from my house and Looking for a orvette I'd probably end up purchasing from an avid corvette lover. I visited Estero Bay Chevrolet in May of 2016, looking for the right car, a Z06 convertible. I was so impressed with Todd Mangrum a salesman who greeted me, without pressure rather a genuine interest in what I was looking for and how he might help. Todd stayed in touch periodically and without pressure. In December Todd contacted me again urging me to stop by and take a look at several vehicles that may be of interest and mentioned that the Black car I looked at was still there and should be a consideratio. What Todd didn't know was that I had an identical car, with a few more options and manual transmission. I was so impressed with Todd's professionalism I felt compelled to make the trip once again, thinking to myself if he has something decent I'm going to, I want to buy a car from Todd and Estero Bay Chevrolet. He spoke highly of the dealership, the management, and how they stand behind what they sell. His words, " we sell the experience " and we want to build a relationship with each and every customer by earning their business. "Nothing happens until we sell something, that's when our work begins, and hopefully you'll use our service department and become a repeat customer." I never thought about service after the sale until I needed help securing a personalized plate I was pursuing. Help was needed to execute the sale, process the paperwork and hopefully secure my plates. I contacted Todd, let him know what I needed and how he could help. Todd got right on it made the proper people aware of what I was attempting to accomplish, asked for there help and personally stayed in touch with me through the process, including staying in touch with me on his day off. Management at the dealership also swung into action doing what they could to help expedite the process. I believe the gentleman's name was Pat who identified himself as Todd's boss and explained Todd had the day off but he was aware of the situation and would personally look into the status and give me an update. Service after the sale that's my experience and the first of many future sales. More
