Horrific service experience Had a service appointment at 9 am. Car wasn't even looked at 11. I told them to give me the keys and thanked them for wasting 2 hours of my time. My observations over the 2 hour wait for nothing were very negative for the Chevrolet brand in general and Estero Bay Chevrolet specifically. I would advise anyone looking for Chevrolet service to go elsewhere. More
