SAVE TIME, shop at this dealership for all your needs! I was a cold tire kicker till I arrived at this dealership, the salesman got me to warm the tires up on a new truck that only had 5 miles on it. After I got comfortable it the vehicle I decided it was time to talk numbers. Knowing that this tends to be unpleasant at other dealerships, I give this one a try... because something felt different here, there wasn’t any haggling in price and no high pressure to buy. While waiting to get my paperwork done, the salesman gave me a tour of the place.... all I can say about the tour is WOW, you have to see it for yourself, was amazing to see the repair shop... so clean, everything in place, and the people greeted me along the way. Great friendly environment with awsum waiting area to enjoy while your car/truck being serviced. I know they will get our next purchases, even if we go used, because there is a large selection of certified vehicles as well. Keep up the great job Estero Chevrolet! More

Salesman Frank was exceptionally helpful in selecting a new We went back to this dealer because we weren't happy with our 2016 Trax which they tried to repair 2 previous times. This was an annoying and frightfu We went back to this dealer because we weren't happy with our 2016 Trax which they tried to repair 2 previous times. This was an annoying and frightful squeeking and grinding noise under the car when starting forward, stopping and or going over bumps. We asked the Sales Manager to do something for us. He set us up withSalesman Frank Koehler. Frank was wonderful and showed us a 2018 Equinox which he allowed me to 1take home and show my wife. Prior to leaving I negotiated a trade-in value and price, but I told them it was all contingent on my wife's approval. We went back the next day and talked to Frank explaining we felt they were not giving us a fair trade in price and instruction, we wanted to be upgraded to the Equinox with auto adjustable driver seat. Frank took our offer back to the manager and came back with an increase in for our trade in, but said the upgrade was not possible too. We felt Frank did his best, and even though I was not totally satisfied we purchased the car. We still feel we lost more than Estero Bay, but we're very happy with Frank's professional care, time and effort. More
