Too cramped, weak service department, issues with employee retention and a sense of confusion. Employees are overwhelmed and need solid training. Tried to charge us 3,500 for new air conditioner. Said the problem was a bad compressor. Was not the problem. We preformed a reset procedure for the dampers we found on line. They also charged us for an oil change that was not done. We did get a refund for that. Will never go back there. More

Terrible experience. Service department never ever answers phone. Managers never call you back. Nothing from sales to finance dept to service goes smooth. NOTHING!
