I feel like a $250 fee for diagnostics is to much money if your company performs the work after the diagnostics is performed. you have to find the problem to be able to fix it. and at $129 hour for labor I if your company performs the work after the diagnostics is performed. you have to find the problem to be able to fix it. and at $129 hour for labor I would think that the diagnostics would be part of the job. I work on million dollar Helicopter's, we have to trouble shoot problems before we can fix them. Same thing, just different equipment. you cant fix it until you know what's wrong with it. So how can you charge for trouble shooting? More

Dealer does not have transmission technician. have to go to to another dealer 35 miles away . Work on hood and wipers was not done. I have dash cam proof.
