I stopped by without an appointment on Tuesday and Ric Rick French did an outstanding job of taking care of my service needs on my 2013 Lexus LS 460. I stopped by without an appointment on Tuesday and Rick took the time to speak with me about the noise problem I was having. He brought a tech over to ride with me and he determined it was a bad wheel bearing.
