on oct 8 i wrote a review i want to retract. i was lied to by travis ballenger just for a sale. he told me my old car would be sold at auction due to high mileage. i was seeking options because i had just to by travis ballenger just for a sale. he told me my old car would be sold at auction due to high mileage. i was seeking options because i had just been told by their service dept it would be $4500 to fix my transmission. a month later i see my car on their site for sale. i contacted travis about this and he continued to lie even though i was able to prove the vins were the same. i do not like this. do not take advantage of people. do not lie, be straight up and honest. i couldve saved myself a lot of everything by just going to a non-dealership for service. and he is my cousin and he still lied. good luck!
