Nice Car, Friendly Staff, Mixed Feelings Eric, Josh and the staff we dealt with were very friendly and we love our new car but we would have appreciated if all the salesmen that spoke to us w Eric, Josh and the staff we dealt with were very friendly and we love our new car but we would have appreciated if all the salesmen that spoke to us would have explained fully the total cost of the maintenance packages we were purchasing instead of breaking the cost down per month. Also, letting us know that the purchase price for CPO / LW would appear on our final documents "No Charge" but we paid for it / for them to certify our car which was added into the original price of the car which was more than the price we saw on their website, the mileage was also more than what was stated on the website. This can be very misleading.. When we had time to go over our documents; we had to call them back twice for explanations .Although we said we would recommend this dealership, first we recommend that buyers educate yourself and do your research to ask all the right questions and Nissan Greer salespersons update your website with accurate information and please take the time to explain each document and cost fully to your customers. Knowing that you are upfront and honest means a great deal! God bless you! More
