Post sales activity from Hunter needs attention. I did not take possession of my vehicle at time of sale so the IOU touch up paint service could get complete and service dept could do additional wo I did not take possession of my vehicle at time of sale so the IOU touch up paint service could get complete and service dept could do additional work for me. I bought the vehicle on a Monday and did not hear a peep from Hunter until Saturday when I reengage to discuss delivery timeline. The service dept did a great job but miscommunicated the pick up time therefore wasting an hour of my day to come pick up a car that was not ready. That mis communication falls strictly on Hunter we already discussed my timeline goals in detail A simple call or text would suffice but Hunter's nonchalant/lackadaisical position left a sour taste with me. If Hunter had a little more sense of urgency with my needs, the paint touch up would have been completed either Tuesday, Wednesday Or Thursday before the service dept got the vehicle to do their work and I would have driven off a happy camper. As of now, 8days post sale, I do not have the vehicle and do not know when it will be complete. Hey Hunter, PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL YOUR CUSTOMER!!! More

Was low-balled on trade-in value, but I completely understand business is business and they have to clear a profit, but they earned my business with a better offer than I imagined when I pushed back. Finance staff made it a breeze. Was my first new car ever and they made the process amazingly simple. Traded from a 2013 Acura TL to a 22 Sentra SR Premium and have features far more than I've ever had. Hands down a terrific experience and a great outcome and made friends in the process. More
