Tim Rowe never listened to me. His manager didn't listen. They lied about payments till the very last second. While doing paperwork he said they detailed my car. Enough dog hair between seats to build a dog. Tim Rowe said he would work on getting a 2nd key and a manual and get in touch. Well 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to dealership and still nothing but maybe he just ignores messages. Conveniently Tim was not in office each time so had to leave a message. This experience makes me cringe at the thought of ever dealing with a dealership again. Think hard before you go here. More
Worst experience, not honest with there customers, service department not reliable, had my blinker looked at cause the light kept going out , they said it was a moisture issue and I needed a new light service department not reliable, had my blinker looked at cause the light kept going out , they said it was a moisture issue and I needed a new light assembly, I guess my extended warranty was not going to cover so I got the part myself and had them install I got it back and realized at night the lights were aimed wrong, so I made another appointment to have adjusted.., got there and the lady went out to the guy, who was apparently the one who originally put the light in and came back in and told me he couldn’t fix it because apparently there was damage behind the light…I didn’t damage it, and if someone else hit it, would have been nice to know about it when he was originally taking out the light so I could take it to the insurance company, very unprofessional! More
