This is the most unprofessional and frustrating dealership experiences we’ve ever had. We spent hours negotiating a lease in good faith based on the vehicle that the dealership themselves pulled, presented, and continued to negotiate on. During the process, we were handed off between multiple employees, including a different lease manager, yet no one verified the correct vehicle or VIN at any point. Only after extensive negotiation and reaching agreed-upon terms did the dealership suddenly inform us that the deal was done on the wrong truck, a mistake that was entirely internal and entirely avoidable. Even worse, they refused to honor the negotiated price, offered no apology, and took no ownership of their error. At no point were we shown the correct vehicle or given a chance to renegotiate transparently. Instead, the tone shifted to deflection and dismissiveness, as if their mistake was somehow our responsibility. This wasn’t a misunderstanding, it was a complete breakdown in process, communication, and accountability. A dealership that can’t keep track of which vehicle they’re negotiating on, then refuses to stand behind their own numbers, should seriously reevaluate how they do business. We walked away not because we’re unreasonable, but because we expect honesty, accuracy, and basic professionalism, none of which were present here. If you value your time and don’t want to be pressured into absorbing a dealership’s mistakes, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. More

I had the oil change on my 2020 Silverado on June 25, 2025. My service advisor, Dylan, was very friendly and informative. He explained everything to me while I was there. Tim Rowe never listened to me. His manager didn't listen. They lied about payments till the very last second. While doing paperwork he said they detailed my car. Enough dog hair between seats to build a dog. Tim Rowe said he would work on getting a 2nd key and a manual and get in touch. Well 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to dealership and still nothing but maybe he just ignores messages. Conveniently Tim was not in office each time so had to leave a message. This experience makes me cringe at the thought of ever dealing with a dealership again. Think hard before you go here. More
Worst experience, not honest with there customers, service department not reliable, had my blinker looked at cause the light kept going out , they said it was a moisture issue and I needed a new light service department not reliable, had my blinker looked at cause the light kept going out , they said it was a moisture issue and I needed a new light assembly, I guess my extended warranty was not going to cover so I got the part myself and had them install I got it back and realized at night the lights were aimed wrong, so I made another appointment to have adjusted.., got there and the lady went out to the guy, who was apparently the one who originally put the light in and came back in and told me he couldn’t fix it because apparently there was damage behind the light…I didn’t damage it, and if someone else hit it, would have been nice to know about it when he was originally taking out the light so I could take it to the insurance company, very unprofessional! More
