Great experience After exhaustive reviews of multiple places we decided to look at a Nissan Sentra at Escondido Auto Supercenter. My wife made an appointment with Cisc After exhaustive reviews of multiple places we decided to look at a Nissan Sentra at Escondido Auto Supercenter. My wife made an appointment with Cisco. We showed up to a very warm welcome and friendly person, Cisco. He took us directly to the car and let us test drive it. During our test drive we had a few concerns that were promptly met with another test drive with one of their friendly mechanics, Victor. He too found the same concerns we had. When we returned, Cisco had already pulled up another Sentra for us to test drive. We ended up driving and ultimately buying a very nice Kia Optima. The whole process was wonderful! Cisco was as friendly and helpful as you could hope for. The fact they immediately addressed our concerns on the 1st car was impressive and an immediate relief as to what kind of dealership they are. Financing was entertaining, in a good way, with Cisco manning the phone trying to get us the best rate. Signing our paperwork with Mauricio was quick and painless. Overall, this has to be one of our most enjoyable car buying experiences we have ever had. We highly recommend Escondido Auto Super Center to every potential car/truck buyer out there. santa’s got a new sleigh i’ve been looking for a vehicle for a couple months now, only to be let down in my search. i took a chance and showed up to escondido auto super cente i’ve been looking for a vehicle for a couple months now, only to be let down in my search. i took a chance and showed up to escondido auto super center, the staff were super nice! cisco was helping me out and allowed me to take the vehicle i had seen online for a spin. it drove like a dreamand it was so clean, not the typical dealership clean where they just buffer the interior with oil, the vehicle was in tip top shape both inside and out. i ended up making a purchase, and trading in my current vehicle for a generous price! the whole process was so smooth and i’m so happy to have this vehicle as my own, the perfect christmas gift to myself! cisco is the man! go check them out!! I called and told them I’d be showing up and what cars I’d like to see. When I got there the cars were ready??.There was absolutely no pressure and they let me test drive on my own. Cisco took care of my questions, was curtious and hassle free. If anything a was a bit of a pill due to the forced situation of having to buy a car. They accommodated my needs, worked with my credit union and I drove off with a 2014 Dodge Durango. It was fast, easy, and painless. Highly recommend.?????????? More
