Loves to lie to potential customers This is my experience only but I asked several questions via email (still a viable method of contact) about the vehicle. Apparently they did not appre This is my experience only but I asked several questions via email (still a viable method of contact) about the vehicle. Apparently they did not appreciate that and decided to lie to me and tell me that the car was sold. When I confronted them about the lie (still saw the car online, I mean come on) they said that it was because I refused numerous requests for a phone number. Only once was I asked for my phone number and since I was asking several questions about the car it was easier to send them all by email. They also refused to send the full car fax and only sent me screen shots with portions cutoff and when I specifically requested the full report be attached via email they stated that the cutoff portions weren't important (even though car fax report was showing inconstancies). I would expect more professionalism from a business that I am about to give roughly $7,000 and if they don't want people sending emails, then maybe they shouldn't provide an email address. More
