Gary went out of his way to make sure I had a truck as a loaner as I was bringing in my truck for service. Friendly, concerned and prompt are all fitting words to describe Gary and all the staff at EVS Rand loaner as I was bringing in my truck for service. Even though they were quite busy when I arrived to pick up my vehicle - they all found time to get me out the door quickly, while still taking a moment to make it a more personal experience, rather than a "next in line" moment!
