As a repeat Cadillac owner, I was extremely disappointed by this dealership. First, after calling to confirm that the car was available, and I was on my way, I visited the dealership, not one, but two times by this dealership. First, after calling to confirm that the car was available, and I was on my way, I visited the dealership, not one, but two times when the car wasn’t there, or they “couldn’t find it “. They wasted a ton of my time, and I almost lost interest. When the sales person I first talked to, Clarence, returned from being out of town, he, somehow “found the car “. Reluctant, but interested in this specific set of options, color, etc., I returned and we negotiated. Very clear that I did not want any extras, security system, extended, warranty, gap, insurance, etc. We did not agree on the value of my trade-in, so I left the car and went home. They claimed to have an appointment with someone who is interested in the vehicle that night, and I told them to call me if the car didn’t sell, and they were willing to accept the trade-in value I offered. The next day, Clarence called me to say the car didn’t sell, and they would “meet me in the middle “on my trade-in value. I agreed, and told them I would be there the following day, as I was already busy. He let me know that there were appointments pending for the car, and it was first come first serve. The next day was Sunday, and I received a text that the car was still available, and told Clarence I could be there that afternoon. There were supposedly appointments again, and they couldn’t hold the car for me, despite having agreed-upon terms and gone back-and-forth for two weeks. This was very frustrating, so I canceled my plans to get it done. There was a storm that day, so the power went out, and I was unable to sign the paperwork. They let me take the car on a borrowed car agreement, and Clarence agreed to bring me the paperwork the next day. He brought the paperwork only to have included in the contract the cost of the security system that I made it very clear I was not interested in. Not only was this dishonest, and very much in alignment with their behavior around the car being “lost “and the supposed “appointments “, but they wasted my time again, I stopped there and signed amended contract after work. Between the wasted time/ visits and multiple cases of dishonesty, I will never do business with this dealership again. The only saving grace is that Clarence is pleasant, and it seems the leadership is actually causing the problems, not him. When I have more time, I will be certainly writing negative reviews so others don’t get taken advantage of. More
