Very rude parts department, Purchased a fuel pressure regulator 2002 tahoe,part was bad,making a clicking sound (defective).Warrantied the part.Got another one installed it doing the same thing, had to regulator 2002 tahoe,part was bad,making a clicking sound (defective).Warrantied the part.Got another one installed it doing the same thing, had to install my old part which is NOT clicking, I asked for a refund, they refuse.Danny Velasco said the part cannot be bad 2 time, I told him that it should not be clicking like that.i said just give me refund I'm having to drive 30min one way,and I've been there 3 times already.I don't want to deal with your parts department,They don't care about the customer. I have been bringing my Cadillac to Epic service center since 2021. Convenient to schedule maintenance. My vehicle notifies me through the my Cadillac app and allows me to make appointment online. Joe informed me of a Wire that had damage found during inspection. Work completed and picked up my vehicle washed and vacuumed. More
