My worst purchase ever! The people at the dealership told us they would call us back 2 days later to pick up the car. We asked for a paper report to show us ALL of what they were going to fix, but they told us the mechanic had already left for the day and that they would "email us the list", but they never did. The car brakes down three months after getting it back so we took it to get fixed at a regular mechanic in San Francisco, the total to get it fixed was $800. Couple days later the car brakes down AGAIN, so we take it to a different Toyota dealership in San Francisco and they told me nothing, but bad news. They said all of the problems that were wrong with car had been bad for a while, even before we bought it. After hearing about all of these problems we went back to the original Toyota dealership (West Covina) where we bought the car. I asked the Store Manager for help and he said No. Without even looking at the car nor asking what problems were wrong with the car he was quick to respond by saying, "You bought a used car, what did you expect? If you didn't want any problems you should have bought a new car." DISRESPECTFUL and VERY UNHELPFUL! Both the Supervisor and Manager are disgustingly rude! Please, safe yourself the Money and the headache! Do NOT purchase anything from the Envision Toyota of West Covina Dealership off Garvey. If I could give a 0 rating I would. More
Avoid this company like the plague. I received a Prius Prime quote through a work program for fleet sales of $29,850. Even though they stated what a wonderful price it was, the fine print had two bogus e Prime quote through a work program for fleet sales of $29,850. Even though they stated what a wonderful price it was, the fine print had two bogus extras to jack up the price "Eco Block/Key Replacement $1,495 Tire and Wheels protection $1,495" Since Toyota was giving $1,500 off up until 1/3/2022, I went ahead and tried to go purchase the vehicle on 1/3/2022. They would not honor their inflated offer through the system and instead wanted a ~$6,000 dealer markup from the MSRP. They told me they could do what they want. Their website does not indicate the huge markup, it shows $31,450 Retail Price. Find a more reputable dealer. Longo Toyota said they do not play this game; I recommend you go to them instead. I went back to the system and trying again with another hopefully reputable dealer. More
I was discriminated for being a woman and pregnant by Matthew Reyna and his manager and Hiep Cong Dinh. Then the upset employee left home from the dealership with our ID and social security card. Sergio valdovinos sales manager was a jerk. Denied us a sale because we were financed with our bank. Lance yu in sales was very nice. Dave in finance was helpful and very knowledgeable, we could’ve saved so much time at the dealership had Sergio been more honest or asked for assistance from Dave if he really didn’t know about finance. Would not recommend this dealership. Sales manager seemed to want to force customer to finance with them. If they won’t take cash or full payment for cars up front why not make it known in the beginning and save people time or enforce it as a policy. More
I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought a car from there. Do not go there. I bought a car and found out 6 weeks later when my car broke down on the freeway and I almost got hit by a big rig t car from there. Do not go there. The brake pads needed to be replaced a month after I had it. They should have never sold a car in that condition. It was very unsafe and illegal. Stay away from the dealership!!! More

I drove my daughter to West Covina Toyota because she wanted to test drive/see a car she was interested in. When we got there were greeted by Tyson, who was very nice. After the test drive we were then wanted to test drive/see a car she was interested in. When we got there were greeted by Tyson, who was very nice. After the test drive we were then greeted by one of the managers named Adam, who was also nice. This was my daughter's first time going to buy and test drive cars. I wanted her to make an informed decision about the car she was going to purchase and not feel pressured to do so. Tyson and Adam were very nice and not pushy. Shawn Kahn overhears that my daughter does not want to purchase the car and needs more time and he felt the need to investigate!! He starts in with this bullsh*$t analogy which leads to him ranting on about crap I could care less about. It no longer was about my daughter finding the car she wanted but about the car no one seems to be able to sell!!!! I hope Shawn reads this review and remembers who I am. I'm talking directly to you Shawn! My daughter was not going to buy that car even if she wanted to after talking to you!! I would have went next door to the Honda dealer and bought her whatever she wanted to make sure your dealership did not get her money!!! Your delivery is trash, your motive is trash and your tactics are trash!! I wanted to leap over Adam and tell you to "shut up Shawn!!" You basically accosted my daughter because y'all couldn't sell that dam car. Know this Shawn, I will never send anyone to this dealership because of YOU and YOU alone!! More
Don't go there, worse services, un-professional. I looked for sienna, I told them I can pay off, so give a good deal.
