They ran my credit and didn't want to sell me a car because I didn't have 17k cash on top of 120% finance. Denied me my copy of the credit report twice and implied I was poor because I'm a disabled vet because I didn't have 17k cash on top of 120% finance. Denied me my copy of the credit report twice and implied I was poor because I'm a disabled veteran. More
I already secured a loan and was in the market to look for an EV6, Ionic 5 or the Bz4x and found out they had the Bz4x available at Envision Toyota and emailed the dealership to ask about the out the door for an EV6, Ionic 5 or the Bz4x and found out they had the Bz4x available at Envision Toyota and emailed the dealership to ask about the out the door price. Their response was they don't give out information over the phone or email. Won't ever do business with a company that can't give you the out the door price up front. More
0 stars if allowed. Worst place to go. They are willing to say anything and do anything over the phone or via email to get a person into the dealer. Michael Diaz stated Worst place to go. They are willing to say anything and do anything over the phone or via email to get a person into the dealer. Michael Diaz stated over the phone that it will be a markup of 5k for the car. When I went into the dealer, the mark up was 15k. Outrageous, vile, dishonest. Additionally, I stated to not run the credit application before negotiating the price, they run a hard inquiry without my consent as I was test driving the car. As I have driven many Toyotas, Envision Toyota of West Covina and many other Toyota dealerships have ruined my experience with the brand. I will no longer be looking into Toyota at this time. Honda dealer provides much better service and is true to their intentions. More
5 hours agoNEW Do not trust a word from this dealership and especially Reiss. I am in the military and was in the process of deploying within a few days. I was brought to the dealership under false pretens and especially Reiss. I am in the military and was in the process of deploying within a few days. I was brought to the dealership under false pretense that the car I wanted was available and was told after I got there that the car was not on the lot and would be delivered later that night. I was then tricked into signing a contract and over the next few days I was lied to again and again that the car would arrive the next day. Finally, the day before I was set to leave the country for a deployment I finally was told the truth. The car was weeks away from being delivered. All this after I signed a contract and put an $8,000 down-payment on the vehicle. I was very clear from our first encounter my time line and was flat out lied to every step. More
SCAM! !!! Google “Tied selling”. VERY ILLEGAL!!! 《受害者見證》車行偷偷加入高達$8895的保固合約,我們卻毫不知情! First of all, as you can see in the reviews, the General / Business !!! Google “Tied selling”. VERY ILLEGAL!!! 《受害者見證》車行偷偷加入高達$8895的保固合約,我們卻毫不知情! First of all, as you can see in the reviews, the General / Business Manager pretends to offer help but actually NEVER replies to his email. We can confirm that because we never heard anything too. Eco block w key $1295 TMIS VSA $3500 TMIS PPM $1500 Vantage Administrator tire & wheel $2600 Total $8895 The dealer lied and the above warranties were signed without knowing. When asked why the finance amount was so high, salesman told us it was due to tax and license fee. Never mentioned a word about warranties. They let us sign the contracts electronically without showing us the paperwork. In the end they simply gave us an USB, saying that all the contracts were there. BIG RED FLAG!!! We got home and found a total of $8895 warranties we paid and didn’t know at all. CHECK YOUR CONTRACT and see if you are also a victim like us. Most of them can be canceled within 30 or 60 days. (Check your contract for detail) Make sure to cancel with the warranty company directly. When we went to the dealer, they refused to cancel and said all those were tied with the offer price. LIE and ILLEGAL. When insisted on cancellation, they said wait for 60 days. ANOTHER LIE. If we really wait, we will miss the deadline of cancellation and they will get their commission. Even if they agree to cancel, we wouldn’t trust if they will really submit the cancellation form to the warranty company or not. Who knows? It is better to cancel by ourselves. *Eco block w key $1295 After reading closely we found this warranty pretty useless. Simply a trick of price mark up? They will claim that the “product” has been applied to all of their cars and is not refundable. May need to bring this to a small claim court if really want the money back. *TMIS VSA $3500 *TMIS PPM $1500 These two can be cancelled without dealing with the dealer. Called Toyota Financial (800-228-8559) directly and agent on the phone guided us. Very easy. *Vantage Administrator tire & wheel $2600 This required signature from the dealer. First, we emailed RoadVantage and asked for a cancellation form. Printed it out and printed the email conversation with RoadVantage out just in case. Brought to the dealer and forced them to sign. Emailed back the signed paper to RoadVantage by ourselves to make sure it was cancelled. By cancelling these warranties, the dealer would lose commission. Finally, we decided to pay off / refinance within 60 or 90 days because 1) there is no penalty fee and 2) the dealer would lose their commission and get chargeback. When contacting the warranty companies, we tried our best to let them know how we were deceived by this dealer. Another tip: we sent a complaint on envisionmotors.com and support.toyota.com. It forced one of the salesmen in the dealer to call us immediately. Otherwise they just ghosted us. I still believe there are professional people in this dealership. But unfortunately those we met were extremely DISHONEST and ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR COMMISSION. Avoid “Manny” from the financing department. As for salesman, our salesman never gave us his business card and we were never sure of his name. I believe his name start with F. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!! More
