I drove 24 miles and wasted my time to get my car appraised. They totally ignored the offer they sent (that was just a cheap marketing tactics). They appraised my car for $3000 as it had a touch up in the bumper. I was told that there is a different department who sends the mailer and there are conditions that apply on the offer. Finally I left the facility feeling cheated..I will never go there again. More

Bought a new Toyota Camry over the memorial day weekend. Contacted a bunch of Toyota dealers in the South Bay. Piercey Toyota was by far the most responsive and easiest to work with. Came in on Sunday and met with KZ & Gordon. Very easy to deal with and no pressure at all. We test drove a few Camrys and decided on the SE. They worked out a fantastic lease deal for us that I'm very happy with. I'd recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle to visit Piercey Toyota. They are a total class act! Thanks!! More
I was debating between purchasing or leasing a Prius 2013 so I came in to get a quote and was hoping to be offered some options. The one sale associate already had a grumpy attitude but the so-called Interne so I came in to get a quote and was hoping to be offered some options. The one sale associate already had a grumpy attitude but the so-called Internet Sale Manager, ANDREW TRAN, was the most horrible person/employee I have ever encountered in this kind of business. He was straight up RUDE, condescending in his tone and responses, as he used an extremely intimidating and aggressive approach towards me as a potential customer. He even said, "If you don't buy or lease from us, we're HAPPY." What kind of treatment was that?! Well, Piercey Toyota, Mr. ANDREW TRAN just got his wish granted and your dealership just lost a customer and will continue to lose more from this day forward. When you're in this kind of business, you've got to be careful of how you treat your customers, otherwise, your loss will be tenfold. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if you're a potential customer, go somewhere else for better deal and better customer service. That kind of customer service does not deserve even 1 star in my book. And that ANDREW TRAN guy needs to get his behind FIRED!!!! P.S. I got my Prius 2013 from Fremont Toyota at a great below market price and with stellar customer service. More

DAVID K. CHAN WAS VERY ACCOMODATING & HELPFUL. WHEN I LEFT, MY CAR SMELLED LIKE BURNING OIL. THE NEXT DAY, WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY, IT WAS MAKING A LOUD NOISE. IT SOUNDED LIKE THE ENGINE WAS STRUGGL LEFT, MY CAR SMELLED LIKE BURNING OIL. THE NEXT DAY, WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY, IT WAS MAKING A LOUD NOISE. We were trying to buy a used car. One sales asked us to stay for 10 more minutes even though we said we were going to get lunch and come back later. It turned out to be much longer than 10 minutes. We made a counter offer, but another sales was constantly comparing his asking price after tax with my offer price before tax, even after we pointed it out to him. After we pointed out the miscomparison to him several times, he demeaned us by asking us if we know how to do addition and subtraction! Again we told him we were going to lunch first because it's already much longer than their promised 10 minutes, but then that second sales ridiculed us saying we were trying to buy a car in 10 minutes! It was a very bad experience. They were not treating their customers respectfully at all! More
