Horrible lack of service ? DAY 1: I HAD BROUGHT IN MY BRAND NEW HIGHLANDER AND WAS TOLD AN OIL CHANGE WOULD TAKE AN HOUR SINCE I WAS IN A TIME CRUNCH. , I WAITED. CHECKED IN ? DAY 1: I HAD BROUGHT IN MY BRAND NEW HIGHLANDER AND WAS TOLD AN OIL CHANGE WOULD TAKE AN HOUR SINCE I WAS IN A TIME CRUNCH. , I WAITED. CHECKED IN WITH MY ADVISOR AFTER 45 MIN. MY CAR HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED SO I TOLD THEM I NEEDED TO LEAVE TO PICK UP MY SON FROM SCHOOL. TOOK THEM 30 MIN TO BRING MY CAR UP. (SERVICE WAS NOT DONE) I DEMANDED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER (MIKE JIMENEZ) AND EXPLAINED MY FRUSTRATION ABOUT THEIR TIME MANAGEMENT. SO HE ADVISED ME TO BRING IT BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR MY SERVICE AS HE WELL PROVIDE A LOANER CAR FOR ME AT NO CHARGE. KEEP IN MIND, DURING MY WORK HOURS, I HAVE ERRANDS TO RUN DURING MY LUNCH BREAK AROUND 1230 AND PICKING UP MY SON FROM SCHOOL AND DROPPING HIM BACK OFF TO THE BABYSITTERS HOUSE AND HEADING BACK TO WORK AT 3 SO YES, I DO NEED A CAR THROUGH OUT THE DAY. DAY 2: I CAME IN AND CHECKED IN FOR MY "LOANER" CAR THAT MIKE SAID HE WOULD RESERVE FOR ME. WHICH THEY ENDED UP WANTING TO CHARGE ME FOR THE LOANER AFTER MIKE. COMES TO FIND OUT. THAT WAS ALLL A LIE! I DID NOT HAVE ANY ARRANGEMENTS FOR A RIDE TO GET TO WORK, FINALLY AFTER 20 MIN. OF MAKING CALLS, SERVICE OFFERED THE SHUTTLE RIDE. I LITTERALLY WORK RIGHT BEHIND THE DEALERSHIP AT GREAT MALL. THE SHUTTLE DRIVER DECIDES TO TAKE OTHER CUSTOMERS FIRST BEFORE DROPPING ME OFF ( THE CLOSEST STOP). BUT WHATEVER THAT WASNT MUCH OF AN ISSUE. PRIOR TO LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP, I TOLD MIKE TO GIVE ME A CALL WHEN MY CAR IS FINISHED AND WASHED. I RECEIVED A CALL AT 12PM FROM MIKE STATING THAT MY CAR WAS READY. I LEFT MY WORK AT 1230 ON MY 30 MINUTE LUNCH BREAK TO PICK UP THE CAR TO SEE THAT IT WASNT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING FINISHED!. I HAD WAITED ANOTHER 45 MINUTES! JUST FOR THEM TO WASH MY xxxx CAR. AND BEING LATE TO GET BACK TO WORK. I SPOKE TO MIKE AND COMPLAINED THAT THE CAR WASNT READY, IM ON MY LUNCH BREAK, AND HAD TO BE LATE. EXPLAINED ABOUT MY WHOLE FRUSTRATION ABOUT THEIR TIMING. WASTING A CUSTOMERS TIME. OBVIOUSLY, THEIR CUSTOMERS TIME IS NOT VALUABLE. THERE NEEDS TO BE A CHANGE. AFTER ALL I COMPLAINED AND EXPLAINED TO MIKE, THE ONLY COMMENT HE HAD TO SAY WAS " WELL YOUR TIMING IS NOT MY BUSINESS, IF YOU DONT LIKE OUR SERVICE HERE, YOU CAN GO GET YOUR SERVICE ELSE WHERE." REALLY!?? xxx! MY CAR IS ONLY 3 MONTHS OLD, AND NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME AND BRING BUSINESS TO THIS xxxx HOLE DEALERSHIP! More

Very nice guy, approachable and didn't pressure you in any way! Once all the Sales paperwork was completed I was walked over to Riza in Finance. He was very helpful in explaining the warranty and maintenance service packages available and managed to get me a great rate for 5 years. Not sure how they did it, but I am forever grateful for all their help :) Overall, I would definitely recommend meeting with Chen and Riza! They made my first car buying experience a great one! More
LACK OF HONESTY ! Dealership charged me $795.00 for alarm & install in my new rav4. They tried setting me up with $50.00 after market AUTOMATE am1.5 instead of Toyota V Dealership charged me $795.00 for alarm & install in my new rav4. They tried setting me up with $50.00 after market AUTOMATE am1.5 instead of Toyota VIP rs3200 plus. $237.80, just tip of iceberg. Lied about Toyota care plus extended service agreement. Allstate theft insurance even though car has factory engine immobilizer. Still tried installing the cheaper alarm after I rescheduled for the Toyota alarm.(a Toyota dealership) that prefers installing 3rd party system when they have better manufactures part in stock. More

The dealer does not seem to be trustworthy I went there with a service coupon printed from Piercey Toyota web site. It is a coupon of $198.88 for 30K miles service. Great experience I just bought two cars from Toyota Piercey. He was very patient with all my questions, tests, etc. He helped me through the whole process and has offered to help me in the future with any questions I may have on my new cars. More
waste of time Sure they have a huge lot with lots of new car on the lot, but it seems their time is too precise. If you are not buying a car the very same day, they simply won't even bother spend few minutes to appraise your used car. And I tried twice, first time it's late around 7pm, so "our manager is busy closing remaining deals today, unless you are buying a car today.... or just look kbb yourself". So next day I drive in at 5pm, instead of sending a appraiser, they send a sales guy to talk to me over half hour with non sense, while waiting for the appraiser whey never intended to send. Don't waste your time there More
