Bad customer service in the sales department This one star is for the sales department. The salesman was nice at the beginning but once we tried to negotiate for the price, him and his manager we This one star is for the sales department. The salesman was nice at the beginning but once we tried to negotiate for the price, him and his manager were not helpful at all. They didn't want to bargain with you, they gave you a final price and goodbye. The salesman was inpatient and it was all on his face even he had a mask on. I would not come to this dealership ever again because they are not professional, they give you attitude once they know you are trying to pay less money, and who doesn't negotiate for a better price when shopping a car? Very bad customer service, don't even know how they qualified to be working in the sales department. Even at the end we might not make a deal, they should at least show professionalism instead of showing their ugly temperament. More

After check in the service (a minimal oil change and liquids refill) took one hour and thirty-four minutes. Long morning to say the least. Had a 9:40 appointment, drove away at 11:45. Ugh! More

Don’t ever buy a car with this dealer. Sold me a brand new car that was defective. Before 2 years and less that 18.000 miles start having issues with blind spot monitor. They removed the rear bumper to in new car that was defective. Before 2 years and less that 18.000 miles start having issues with blind spot monitor. They removed the rear bumper to inspect and they said car was involved in a collision and was taken to a body shop. This never happen. I spoke with dealer manager and Toyota corporation explain situation and they did not believe me. Really sad experience since it is not my first Toyota bought from a dealer. Ask me if I ever going to buy another Toyota!! More
