Great I bought my Toyota Highlander at Piercey because they were the ONLY dealer that would find me the Highlander I wanted (actually , they had it on the l I bought my Toyota Highlander at Piercey because they were the ONLY dealer that would find me the Highlander I wanted (actually , they had it on the lot!). Piercey worked with Costco getting a GREAT price deal for me. Unfortunately, I've had to have (emergency) service from 2 other dealers, which was mediocre to bad! I gladly drive a half hour (or more in rush-hour) to have EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL service from Piercy. They treat me, and my car like we are family :-) More

He used to be my dad's agent before so he knows what my dad likes right away. Lastly, the finance associate, Mai was amazing to talk to. Although, doing the paperwork took a somewhat long time, Mai was keeping us entertained with her humor and life advices. Overall, I was able to get a hold of the car that I wanted with so much discounts and I got to meet very wonderful people. I will definitely go back again. More
