She doesnt even greet us or introduce herself to us. Not to mention, her service is horrible. I would never recommend her to anyone. If i have to rate her on a scale of 1-10, I would give her a zero. Purchase of new RAV4 after my or one was totaled I called Thomas to see about getting a new RAV4. I had purchased a 2016 RAV4 in September, and I loved that car. However, I was rear-ended several wee I called Thomas to see about getting a new RAV4. I had purchased a 2016 RAV4 in September, and I loved that car. However, I was rear-ended several weeks ago, and the car was totaled. The car did its job, and no one, including my infant son, was harmed. Thomas was able to get us through the process of purchasing a new 2017 RAV4 with very little hassle, as I had told him that I wanted exactly the same package that we had purchased before. He and his financer, Susan (?), were able to get us through the process with very little stress. It still took us a very long time at the dealership, nearly five hours, but this seemed to be due to an unexpected number of customers for a weekday, not because of any hassling from anyone trying to sell us anything that we didn't want. I would recommend Thomas and Susan at Piercey to anyone who is in the market for a new car. More

They said appointment means we will service it by end of day. I will no longer do business at THAT or ANY OTHER dealership that does not do a better job. My time is important and the customer should get a car serviced at their convenience. You took care of me, so i am now your customer. I did not have an appointment, but Jasvir Singh helped me anyway. I am a a little savvy about automobiles and never feel I am being taken advantage of..... and the price, because I have checked many times, is the same and some times less than auto repair shops near by who will most likely install non Toyota parts. I also like having the same advisor each time I need work or have a question. It is nice to have the relationship with one person. More
