Excellent Customer Service! I had come in to remedy a fix-it ticket having one of my brake lights replaced. While I was there, I had mentioned that a previous service was not rec I had come in to remedy a fix-it ticket having one of my brake lights replaced. While I was there, I had mentioned that a previous service was not rectified. The transmission console was not lighting up and that the service manager who previously assisted insisted that my problem could not be fixed because some models did not have that feature. I was pretty sure my console lit up in the past because I CAN'T SEE what gear I'm in if it didn't light up -- especially at night! Why would I buy a car that didn't have that basic feature? So, I had to go, I left it at that, but I knew that the console DID but this guy made me doubt myself. Anyway, I was so happy when Marvin Mallari was available to help me this last time because not only did he attend to me quickly, he made the effort to find out if, in fact, my car's transmission console DID light up. Then, with the mechanic, found out where to replace a teeny tiny bulb to fix it! And the icing on the cake was that he was able to provide shuttle service to pick up my car. I was super satisfied with my visit that day! Not so much on other days.... From now on I will ask for Marvin Mallari! More
