Timely, comprehensive service I was helped by Diana at the service department with a smart Key fob duplication request. She was able to quickly handle my appointment and get parts I was helped by Diana at the service department with a smart Key fob duplication request. She was able to quickly handle my appointment and get parts ready and ordered (even when I forgot to order them ahead of my appointment, oops!) And they had me out within the time estimate (~2 hrs) and had done a free inspection and let me know about two other small things I'd have to deal with (she was not pushy about getting them done at the dealership when I said I'd deal with them myself, a plus!) I had to come back the next week to get a part that had to be ordered and Diana remembered me and quickly helped me get in and out with my part right away. Great service. :) More
