Rude customer service My friend recently purchased a brand new Jeep and i co-signed for her. A week later I began getting her mail, emails, license plates, dmv papers everything I called to ask about the issue never got a call back. I called again 4 hours later and a guy by the name of Manny answered and was very rude to me I asked for the bank number and he refused to give it to me because he couldn’t step away and didn’t even bother asking for my number to call me back instead told me to call him tomorrow when it was more convenient for him I let him know it was a simple question and he began just cutting me off I told him he was being rude and he just hung up on me. More

Not Knowledgeable I'd never take my car here again ever. Take my word for it. I would not even give them a 1 star. Got the run around had to bring car in four times wit I'd never take my car here again ever. Take my word for it. I would not even give them a 1 star. Got the run around had to bring car in four times with same issue. Go to another dealership. Took a total of 6 weeks and 4 times of taking the car back to it finally being fixed. With them not giving it a WARRANTY and paid $1,786.40. Horrible service and phone calls were ridiculously constant on my end with always getting answering machine. Very disorganized. More

Gotta have a Jeep I own a Jeep and was spending the day with my best friend. She always has wanted a Jeep Wrangler and since she needed a second vehicle for her man she I own a Jeep and was spending the day with my best friend. She always has wanted a Jeep Wrangler and since she needed a second vehicle for her man she was in now in market for one. We were in the area so I told her lets go check them out. We called in and spoke with Julia she was friendly and greeted us as soon as we arrived. We started looking at brand new Wranglers however my friend had a budget she was sticking too Julia located a Used Wrangler in her price range it was at other location they had it transferred over. My friend was very nervous and Julia was very informative and understanding. They were able to approve her financing and get deal done. My friend was very happy with the whole process . High Five to Julia for her exceptional customer service. More
