I had visited this dealership about a year ago. When we went, we really didn't think that we would end up with a vehicle. Though everyone was friendly, no one was efficient or professional.We felt the whole transaction was not appreciated. Among other things, financing was first approved and then not (?), vehicle was left at dealership for a week for installation of extras, but still don't have a second key that works (was told we would have to make a 5 hour round trip to pick it up, when we were supposed to have gotten it after the week it was at the dealership), XM radio was not disconnected from previous person,so that took several phone calls to activate, no follow up courtesy calls,took nearly 3 weeks to pay off my trade in, so amount was wrong. My banker called me repeatedly to ask me what was going on ! Have written a 3 page letter to the owner. This is my 3rd Saturn purchase and this dealership does NOT deliver the "Saturn Experience" received from Springfield MO, nor Nashville, TN. I could go on , but the bottom line is: GO ELSEWHERE - SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES !!! More
