My Jeep Cherokee Limited is a putter I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Limited from these guys ( Enterprise Walnut Creek) Ly was my sales representative. She was awesome great personality I purchased a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Limited from these guys ( Enterprise Walnut Creek) Ly was my sales representative. She was awesome great personality made buying a car really pleasant. The give you 7 days to return their cars if you're not pleased. Day 8 while driving the car started to misfire , how embarrassing I called Enterprise and took it Momentum Vallejo it turned out to be a bad coil. About a month later the same problem bad coil different cylinder. ( From my understanding and talking with the mechanic it's one of those things you have to change them all one at a time just rotates that problem. But Enterprise doesn't seem to care and it's likely this car wasn't thoroughly inspected as they say or tuned up. They more than happy to give you the number to the insurance for the warranty and the hassle of a rental. I'm not pleased with this location walnut Creek they treat you real nice and are professional I just got a 🍋 from these guys and feel they haven't stood by their name as far as quality and customer satisfaction is concerned More
