Smooth process, No games, Very professional I met my salesman (Darius Davis) at a car sale with credit union of Atl. He was attentive to my desires and he was made aware of my budget of $23,000. Although I had beer money and champagne taste we worked out a great compromise. He showed me several nice suv's that were too small for my family size I needed a 3rd row. Just when I was about to throw in the towel they showed me My '2016 Dodge Durango limited which had everything I wanted except, sunroof, tinted windows and running boards. It was a little out of my price so since they don't haggle I prayed about it and was blessed / gifted $5,000. I then reached waaay down to the bottom of my purse and purchased tint and the running boards. Darius allowed me to pick him up & he dropped me off at work while they tinted my windows, installed running boards and had someone detail my truck. (that person did an awful job). Darius rewashed my truck, cleaned the windows and vacuum my truck all while wearing his suit. (You go boy!) They offer you refreshments when you come to the dealership too. Darius really goes the extra mile for his customers. Ladies - he is charming & easy on the eyes too!!! I was shocked to find out that the car makers think cd players should be obsolete. (not happy with that). The truck looks and runs great. I am having a problem trying to get the smoke smell out but remember it was a rental. Eventually I will add dvd players. The Durango is not the greatest on gas (if you put the pedal to the metal) but I figured that in the beginning. If you want a smooth, upfront process, no games, accommodating, professional dealership then you have it here. I also want to add Credit Union of Atl was great too! They worked fast with Enterprise. They pride themselves on giving 2nd chance low interest loans.....Great experience with both. More

Arranged financing through USAA August 30. Contact dealership, car is in the shop. WHAT?!?!. OK, maybe we get it Labor day. Shop closed Labor Day. OK, we get the car Wednesday around noon at the Lagrange, Ga Enterprise Rent-a-Car (like I did the last time I bought a vehicle)-"It's Enterprise-We deliver." Jamal calls about financing: he wants the bank check-not until I get the car!-needs to see the Dealer Request for Funding. Had to send picture. OK....finally, all good....road-trip to get the car. Got to Lagrange around 1130 AM, 1245 PM phone call that 'They're on the way'.....Enterprise Rent-a-Car employees called dealership to get an ETA several times.....I've been pacing their office area and parking lot for a few hours by now......Darius calls saying that he's OTW, go get lunch or anything you need to do in Lagrange. I work for a living, I had to be at work at 300 PM, so I left Lagrange 10 minutes after I was told '10 mins out'. The good news is, we did get the car, but only because Darius came to my job so I could do the paperwork (and apparently Morrow is the only dealer nearby with the Spark that Princess HAD to have) More

Enterprise is a well run business I used to buy a car every 3 years , so i'm familiar with the process. Been from N.Y. we dress casual with jeans and a black teeshirt; the saleman reached out and had the car I needed. He had a history of treating all people very politely and with a lot of charisma. From the initial phone call I knew he would get me the car I want; his name is Antonio same as mine. The particular model I wanted was in Athens , Ga; The manager drove one hour and brought the car to morrow Ga. The car only was 1 year old and mint. I used a enterprise car rental to go to enterprise car dealership and I must say both coordinate seemlessly accepting the rental from a different city and then driving me to the dealership.to pick up my new car. We met Ms. Tye at the door who was as friendly, non-aggressive and cordial. The used cars we drove all started smoothly and it was hard to believe they weren't band new. That's how well they were kept (exterior and interior). The price(s) were incredibly affordable. I had absolutely no credit history and was floored by the low rate and monthly payments. Best believe that I, and wifey who also shares my enthusiasm, am now a walking poster and billboard for Enterprise. More
