Does not honor 7-Day buyback Nightmare. First car I returned on 4th day because it would not stop at stop signs correctly it stayed revved up at 1 1/2 RPMS at ALL TIMES. Supposedl Nightmare. First car I returned on 4th day because it would not stop at stop signs correctly it stayed revved up at 1 1/2 RPMS at ALL TIMES. Supposedly this is the gearless new transmission according to Enterprise. It sat super low to the ground and had nothing to protect underneath. The manufacturer has doubled the warranty due to these transmission issues and it stalling etc. . I return the car.I was still wanting to work with Enterprise so I got a 2018 Chevy Impala. The roads are very smooth around Enterprise and you can only go up to 50 miles an hour especially during rush hour. I immediately started having problems as soon as I got to the city because the tires were on 44 psi. I had no clue they were supposed to be at 33. I was being thrown out of my seat every time I hit a bump. Because I didn't know what the problem was I brought it to several shops. I brought it to get a full diagnostic as well because the transmission seem to lag. while I was getting it checked out, I called like I did several times before that and was told that I could not bring the car back if I wanted to. Amy pushed back for about 10 minutes and then admitted she didn't know the rules because it rarely happens that somebody wants to return the second car! So she basically made up rules while she was on the phone with me. She said " everyone would just keep bringing them back if we don't have a rule. " It is not my fault that you don't have a rule lady. I doubt people that are eligible and have high credit scores are going to just keep bringing cars back. That's not what we spend our time doing if we worked on our credit and are responsible. Meanwhile I called several other Enterprise Car Sales and they all agreed they would take the second car back and did not know why my dealer would not. Amy would not give me any phone numbers to contact someone above her including corporate. They gave me the same 7-Day buyback paperwork with the second car and Amy told me that they would not agree to it because that paper simply gets printed out with all purchases no matter what. There is no small print stating you cannot bring back the second car nor did she have a conversation with me about not being able to bring it back and she apologized for that. I don't need an apology for $30,000. I needed you to do your job. I talked to Jason who runs this dealership and he stated that he has been asking Enterprise to put small print in there for years but they refuse. This car does not get up at all. cars go around me all of the time because I can't take off at a stoplight. the oil they use a so cheap that it literally had my transmission fighting against me. I finally decided to go get $100 oil change of synthetic and that seemed to help some. However, there are several reviews describing the same issues I'm having with this car with not being able to get up on the freeway. It's actually dangerous. They gave me a new set of tires because he asked me what I wanted it because he wanted to make it right and suggested that my tires were hard and that is why the drive was so bad.so I agreed because at this point they refused to take the car back even though I was still within the 7-Day range. We went back and forth for a couple weeks and I kept stating that if they had just agreed to take it back in honor the 7-Day buyback this would have never happened. never once did he offer to make that part right he just blamed Enterprise for not putting it in the small print. I have spent days and suffered high stress over this. I kept stating to Alex Carr over and over that I wanted to get the car checked out before the 7-Day buy back and he never once said to me that I could not bring the car back. Everyone started ducking as soon as it got serious. Anything I asked Alex to do he never got back to me. the driver side window gets scratched by the inside of the car door I have asked him several times to schedule something and he would not even call me back. Either way it doesn't matter because the transmission is crap. Something is going on with this car there are plenty of reviews online to support what I am saying. I wanted to be happy and have a brand new car after working on my credit for 4 years and working two jobs as a single mother. I only came to Enterprise because of the 7-Day buyback. Disgusted. More

When our car was totaled an Enterprise representative told me that they sell cars. I had no idea that they sold cars. We soon learned the great advantages they had to offer. Buying a used car is daunting, but at Enterprise you get the Complete Car history and maintenance schedule. We felt 100% confident that we knew exactly what we were buying and that it was well taken care of. Based on the mileage on the car history we felt that we got an excellent price for our 2017 model. They offer a full drive train warranty for one year and reasonably priced 5 year extended warranties. The sales end finance team are wonderful people. They found exactly the car we were looking for without any pressure to look at cars we were not interested in. Cat, our sales representative, was kind, upbeat, respectful, knowledgeable and just an overall decent person. I would recommend enterprisecarsales to anyone and everyone! More

I saw him as caring, trustworthy and reliable. He was very knowledgeable about cars which helped me make an inform decision in what I was looing for and needed.
