Turned a bad situation around On Good Friday I was visiting with my dad and my car was parked on the street in front of his house, it was hit by a person driving down the street a On Good Friday I was visiting with my dad and my car was parked on the street in front of his house, it was hit by a person driving down the street and totaled. Thankfully the driver stopped and his insurance company sent me to Enterprise Rental, while renting my car the salesperson asked me if I would be purchasing a car soon. At that point I wasn't sure 100% but was pretty certain that was going to be the outcome so had him have a salesperson give me a call. I never knew that you could purchase cars through them and was excited to see the low mileage on the cars available. Blake K. called me on Saturday and walked me through the process to start. Originally I had my heart set on the rental I had been driving but it was out of my price range. Blake must have sent me 30 cars until he found the one that had the features that I wanted. He even went and picked my car up across town and met me near my home for me to look at and sign a required document for my credit union. I have nothing but praises for Enterprise Car Sales Northwest, Ira, Blake, and Jacob were amazing to deal with. Blake is moving to a new location soon and I'll be following him when it comes time to purchase a new or additional vehicle. Purchasing a car under those cirumstances was not ideal but Blake went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the car I ended up with, the process was a stressfree as possible, and an all around good experience. From my arrival, there was none of the typical pressure you experience at car dealerships; the associate never used any high pressure tactics, only answering my questions and providing her own opinions and info on the purchase process.
