He helped me to find the car that had all of my specifications. The trade in process was exactly what I expected. Nothing is perfect. Dodge did some things I don't care for. But the Enterprise used car sales experience was excellent . I got a sticker priced 34,000 vehicle for less than 20,000 with a lot of miles left in it and the features I wanted and needed. More

this is what a car buying experience should be!!! I can't say enough about Eric Miller and J.P. Moser. Wow !!I never dreamed we could have had such a pleasant experience. The car we bought wasn't at t I can't say enough about Eric Miller and J.P. Moser. Wow !!I never dreamed we could have had such a pleasant experience. The car we bought wasn't at this location so we were waiting to have it transported from about 500 miles away. J.P.was having some issues with the transport co, getting the car here. He finally SENT two of his people to drive there and bring the car to my location. He paid them to do so, at his expense. The transport fee, by the transport company, was 600.00 which was included in the price of the car HE REFUNDED to us. When the car got there it had no spare tire. The car I bought was a 2013 BMW X5. These cars don't come with a spare tire because the put run flat tires on them. This car had pretty new tires on it but they were not run flats. J.P. put brand new run flat tires on it, at his expense, about $ 1500.00. A man of his word. I would highly recommend this location and these people to do business with ! It was more than a pleasure. It was an experience of a lifetime. More
