He then asked clarifying questions to ensure that he fully understood our needs. Based on that he said there were three cars on the lot that were within those parameters. The first one was a nice RAV4 that we test drove. We then checked out another vehicle that we rejected because of the scant leg room in the back seat. Finally we test drove a low-mileage 2017 Nissan Rogue that was in excellent condition that met all our essential criteria at a price that was slightly below the KBB price. We were not ready to make a decision because we wanted to check out one more make and model at another dealer. We were back to see Wayne two days later to close the deal. Throughout the process Wayne let the vehicle sell itself. He made sure that we know how to use all the controls from seat position to to eco mode vs sport mode before we left Enterprise. The manager made an effort to sell us an extended warranty that had some good features. After we declined he did not pressure us to reconsider. After this very good experience, if I were to need another vehicle, the first person I would call is Wayne Shepheard. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a good used car.
