I AM TAKING THE TIME TO GIVE ENTERPRISE CAR SALES A ZERO STAR RATING!!! I'VE EXPERIENCED IN THE PAST AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WHEN STEVEN WAS ALIVE BUT THE LAST TWO TIMES HAVE BEEN xxxx ON WHEELS!! BRIA ZERO STAR RATING!!! I'VE EXPERIENCED IN THE PAST AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WHEN STEVEN WAS ALIVE BUT THE LAST TWO TIMES HAVE BEEN xxxx ON WHEELS!! BRIAN SOLD ME A KIA OPTIMA AND HE HAD EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OF THE LENDERS BY WORKING WITH THEM IN THE PAST!! WHEN I SIGNED A CONTRACT LAST YEAR, I ASKED BRIAN TO EXPLAIN THE CONTRACT TO ME BY ME NOT BEING CAR INDUSTRY SAVVY. HE STAYED ON HIS PHONE WITH HIS WIFE AND WENT AS FAR AS CALLING HER TO ASK HER WHAT SHE WAS DOING IN THE MIDDLE OF HIM SUPPOSEDLY ASSISTING ME! HE LIED TO ME WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE INTEREST RATE AS WELL AS THE TERMINOLOGY OF THE CONTRACT! HE RUSHED ME THROUGH SIGNING THE CONTRACT AND TREATED ME TERRIBLY AS A CUSTOMER! I'M NOW STUCK IN A INTEREST PAYING CONTRACT WHERE I STARTED OFF WITH THE PAYOFF PRINCIPLE OF $29,000 AND NOW ALMOST 11 MONTHS LATER OF PAYING $790.00 ALL OF MY PAYMENTS WENT TOWARDS DAILY INTEREST THAT I WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF UNTIL NOW!!! MY ENDING PRINCIPLE BALANCE IS $28,000 AND THAT'S BULL CRAP! HE KNEW I WAS A SINGLE MOTHER WHEN I GOT THIS CAR AND LIED TO ME! I WOULD NOT REFER ENTERPRISE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! THANKS FOR THE TRAUMA AND HORRENDOUS SERVICE. OH AND STICKING ME WITH A CAR THAT I'LL NEVER PAY OFF DUE TO DAILY INTEREST THAT HE KNEW ABOUT EITH THIS LENDER!! HE IS RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! More

Additionally, I have done vehicle appraisals at a local dealership. So its fair to say, I know more than most about the car business. This week, a dear friend was shopping for a vehicle for her mother in NC. She found a 2018 Nissan Rogue at Enterprise Car Sales and asked me to check the vehicle out. So I did an appraisal walk-around, test drove the Rogue with her, assured her it was in very good condition and it was very competitively priced for the Memphis market. Besides this being a really good vehicle and a really good deal, I was MOST IMPRESSED with the Sales People (Jenelle Edwards / Sales Manager and Jim Peppmuller / Sales Consultant). This was a TRULY No Pressure Sales Process. Also, I was impressed that sales people who were not involved in the deal were Very Courteous and Customer-Focused! Eager To Please I drove 2 1/2 hours to test drive the truck. It was as nice looking as the pictures. There ended up being some issues with the truck but they stood behind it and took care of everything. I am very pleased. More
