Unprofessional and untrustworthy business If I had the ability to review without giving any stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional and untrustworthy place one could ever do business w If I had the ability to review without giving any stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional and untrustworthy place one could ever do business with. Let me share my experience and you will be shock on how Enterprise Car Sales staff and management team does not know what they are doing and don’t care for their customers. It all started when I decided to purchase a vehicle, since I have good credit score and good relationship (all my bank accounts) with back of America, I decided to apply for an auto loan. I was approved for $31,200.00 to purchase a vehicle, as per Bank of America I was authorize to purchase a vehicle only at dealers like ford, Mercedes and etc…or Enterprise Car Sales. Unfortunately, I went to Enterprise Car Sales at Lauderdale Lakes to purchase my vehicle. They had a vehicle online which I was interested on it; price was below my offer letter amount, so I thought everything was perfect. Because Enterprise car sales do not have any knowledge on how to do a contract with a bank offer letter I had to go to their office plenty times. When we went to their office for the first time, Deborah Friday was our primary contact person, it was noticeable that they were completely lost with the offer letter I had. We decided on the vehicle but it was located in their other location over Memphis, Tennessee. Manny, another sales person took over, which he seemed more knowledgeable about it and helped finalize the paperwork and called their location to put a hold on the vehicle. I had to go back another day to sign the contract and decided to pick up the vehicle myself since I was trying to save the delivery fee they had, even though I was picking up the vehicle at a different location Enterprise Car Sales at Lauderdale Lakes was the seller of it. I rented a car, had to insured the vehicle I purchased and had expenses with gas, it took me over 15 hours to get to Memphis and finally I was able to pick up the car. I drove back to Florida happy with my new purchased vehicle. Two weeks after my purchase, Mike from Enterprise Car Sales at Lauderdale Lakes called me and asked for me to go to their office (AGAIN) because they had forgot to have me sign on part of the contract. I took time off and kindly went to their office even thought it was inconvenient for me. Mike also mentioned that they forgot and put the wrong rate on the contract, but they were able to fix that. In my head, I was like “What???” what are they doing there then…they forgot to have me sign one part of the contract and also wrote the wrong rate??? What kind of place is this??? But, I just went there signed and thought again this nightmare was over. After one month of my purchase, Mike called me AGAIN and said he forgot to mention to me, but I needed to give a down payment of over $2000.00….I was like WHAT????? What car dealer calls you after one month asking you for down payment??? Enterprise car sales do!!! I told Mike that I was supposed to know about the down payment at the time of purchase and unfortunately I don’t have that kind of money out of the blue like that. Bank of America called me and said Enterprise Car Sales forgot to look at the letter where it states that they cover 110% ratio value of the vehicle (this is dealer language, which customer does not know about it) and Bank of America assured me that Enterprise car sales was at fault and they needed to resolve this matter. I had to take time off AGAIN and my husband as well and went to their office. Me and my husband spoke with the manager at Lauderdale Lake location named Albert Esteva. Basically, He was trying to blame Bank of America for all this situation and said enterprise can do nothing about, which as a manager it was pretty disappointing. Albert Esteca, called Bank of America and they were willing to open an exception and instead of 110% ratio they were going to do it 115% which then lead the down payment close to $1400.00, Bank of America then told Albert they had to lower a little bit of the amount of the car so this issue can be resolved. I explained to Albert that I didn’t have that kind of money right away and was willing to give half of amount to finalize this horrible situation. Albert then calls his boss and as per him there was nothing Enterprise Car Sales was able to do about it. After all the time I had to take off to go back to his office, all physical and emotional stress I had to deal with it and their unprofessionalism this is what I hear from a manager??? Albert then said we needed to return the vehicle if we didn’t decide on what to do, I was like sure, just pay me the insurance, gas and rental expenses I had (BECAUSE OF YOUR OFFICE MISTAKE) and you can have the vehicle back. We left the office and on 4/5/18 close to 5pm, and Stephen Chambers called me introducing himself as “the boss” of Enterprise Car Sales. For a company so big like Enterprise I am impressed with the lack of unprofessionalism their management team has. Basically, Stephen Chambers said this was not their fault and they can do nothing about it. (Ok, so whose fault was?) I asked him, what are you doing as a boss or manager to help your customer that was affect by your staff mistake? He continuously to affirm that it was not their fault; I mean, it’s clear here that Enterprise Car Sales filled the entire contract wrong; even Bank of America confirmed that over the phone with me. I told him that I’m the customer and should not be blame for his staff mistake and as a manager I was disappointed on how unhelpful he was, prove to that was that he said he was going to call me the next day and see what can be done and today is 4/11/18 and I still haven’t heard from him. Before purchasing your vehicle please go to a dealer that cares for their customers and honor their words or acts. I am reporting this to Bank of America’s CEO for them to know how unprofessional the dealers they recommend are. Bank of America SHOULD NOT work or recommend Enterprise Car Sales if they have this kind of management and untrustworthy team. GO TO A RELIABLE DEALER TO PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE!!!! More
Love my New Car! Buying my new SUV at Enterprise Car Sales had to be one of the easiest major purchases of my life – and it is all because of the wonderful service the Buying my new SUV at Enterprise Car Sales had to be one of the easiest major purchases of my life – and it is all because of the wonderful service they provide. I had already researched and decided on the make/model/ features I wanted in a new vehicle, and through additional research and recommendation from my credit union, I had already decided to “most likely” purchase through Enterprise. I’d been scoping out the site for about six months as I knew I would need a car soon. Because I was on their email list, I received a promotional email regarding a $500 bonus on top of the trade-in. I called the local office, and spoke to Lex Creary. I had planned on leaving a list of specific features I needed for my new car, and I thought it would take a bit of searching for him to find the truck I wanted. While I was on the phone with him, he searched for possible matches. He even looked at vehicles that were not yet on the site, and because of this, he found a local match that had just been transferred to sales. I was so surprised he could find my perfect SUV so quickly, much faster than I ever could have expected as I was looking for very specific features in the car. Lex arranged for the car to be sent to his location and then we arranged a meeting for the next day. I arrived to Enterprise Car Sales at the same time as what would become my new SUV did, just as Lex had planned. Within 10 minutes I was test driving my new car. When we returned I had my car evaluated for trade, and shortly thereafter, we had a deal. Lex was very accommodating; I had him go back to their mechanic shop several times just to double check on specifics and he did so with an earnest and helpful attitude. I did not feel he was bothered by this extra work. Additionally, there was no need for haggling, etc. The financial manager went over the extended bumper-to-bumper coverage I elected to buy, and then went through the process of signing all the paperwork. I was in and out with my new car in just over two hours, and I could not be happier with the purchase or the treatment I received. I was even called a few days later to make sure everything was good. I am planning on keeping this SUV for a long time, but when it is time to look for a new car, I know I am headed back to Enterprise. More
